Earn Stars From Assignments, Then Claim Your Tiers
The Clover Legends battle pass uses assignment Stars to advance seasonal tiers, with separate Free Pass and Crown Pass reward tracks. Build your Clover Legends battle pass routine around the assignments you can complete during normal play, then claim the rewards your account has actually unlocked.
The September 14 footage shows Season I, a dedicated Assignments tab, and Daily and Weekly task tabs. Its reward track reaches Tier 50, where the Free Pass shows Blood Magic Aura and the Crown Pass shows Wizard King Aura. Match the season name in your menu before setting your reward target.
Obey opens the seasonal menu at 4:40. The interface labels seasonal progress in Stars and directs you to Assignments to earn them. Keep this currency separate from character XP, Book Level progress, and the Gems you might collect from a reward tile.
| Seasonal element | What it does in the footage | What to do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Season I tab | Shows the reward track | Find the next tier you care about |
| Assignments tab | Lists tasks that earn Stars | Choose work that overlaps your normal goals |
| Daily tab | Shows the current daily task list | Read requirements before starting |
| Weekly tab | Offers a separate task category | Compare its objectives with your session plan |
| Free Pass | Displays the free reward row | Claim eligible rewards on that track |
| Crown Pass | Displays the paid reward row | Evaluate its rewards separately from free progress |
The season also has a countdown. Read it in your current game before deciding how much progress to pursue. Use the remaining time to decide whether to pursue one more tier or a longer assignment sequence.
Choose Assignments That Fit Your Route
The most useful Clover Legends battle pass decision happens before you start fighting. Open Assignments and look for tasks your planned activity can satisfy. A general enemy objective and an island-specific enemy objective may be compatible, while a broom race asks you to do something different.
At 4:56 in Obey's walkthrough, the Daily panel shows the following examples. The quantities and 50-Star rewards belong to that displayed list; a later day's tasks may differ.
| Daily assignment shown | Displayed objective | Displayed Stars | Useful pairing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skull Island enemies | Defeat 10 enemies on Skull Island | 50 | An appropriate Skull Island quest |
| Broom racing | Complete 1 broom race | 50 | A planned visit to the race activity |
| Merit Stars | Earn 3 merit stars | 50 | The progression activity named by your current task |
| General combat | Defeat 30 enemies | 50 | Regular quest combat |
| Chest opening | Open a Legendary chest | 50 | A Legendary chest already in your inventory |
The same panel shows six of eight assignments completed and 300 Stars earned that day. It also distinguishes tasks marked In Progress from tasks marked Claimed. That distinction matters: seeing a task on the list is not the same as receiving its Stars.
Start with overlap rather than difficulty. If you are already working through suitable Skull Island enemies, check whether those defeats also move the general combat counter. If they do, continue the route. You do not need to interrupt it for a separate activity just because another task is at the top of the list.
Conversely, do not move to an island you cannot handle solely to fill one assignment. Repeated defeats and travel can cost more of the session than a different achievable task. Complete what fits your current character, then return to the harder objective after a relevant upgrade.
The chest task deserves its own decision. If you own a Legendary chest and have that assignment active, opening it can combine an immediate inventory reward with seasonal progress. A Common or Rare chest is not a substitute for a task that explicitly names Legendary.
Use the progress counter after the action to confirm that the intended task advanced. This is especially useful when a task names an island, a chest rarity, or a particular activity. The exact wording matters more than a loose similarity between two actions.
Compare the Free and Crown Tracks
The Clover Legends battle pass shows Free Pass and Crown Pass rewards on the same tier path. Read the row as well as the tier number. Reaching a tier does not make the paid row part of the free track.
In the September footage, the Crown Pass panel shows a price of 199 Robux. Treat that as the displayed Season I offer rather than a permanent price. The decision should be based on the actual offer and reachable rewards in your current season, not only the price shown in a creator's recording.
The late-track rewards appear at 4:47:
| Tier shown | Free Pass reward | Crown Pass reward |
|---|---|---|
| 47 | 80,000 Yul | 2 Legendary Chests |
| 48 | 375 Gems | 1,200 Gems |
| 49 | 90,000 Yul | 250,000 Yul |
| 50 | Blood Magic Aura | Wizard King Aura |
These late-track rewards show why the two rows need separate evaluation: one tier can offer different resource types, while another offers different quantities of the same currency.
For a free player, the next reachable resource tile can be more useful than the final aura. If you need Gems for a planned roll, compare the distance to the next Gem reward with the assignments you can finish. Do not make all seasonal progress feel wasted simply because Tier 50 is still far away.
For a potential Crown buyer, first identify which paid rewards you want and whether your normal play can reach them before the countdown ends. A desirable final reward has little practical value if your remaining schedule only supports the early tiers.
Blood Magic Aura is a reward on the seasonal track. Inspect its item details for the effect you would receive, and keep that choice separate from choosing a magic book. The official game page describes the grimoire roster separately.
The menu also offers tier skips and states that skips stop at Tier 40. Read that limit alongside your reward target: Tier 50 lies beyond the displayed skip limit. Compare the current price with the tiers it covers, then plan the remaining progress through assignments.
Plan a Session Around Reachable Rewards
A useful Clover Legends battle pass session starts with three numbers: your current tier progress, the Stars offered by available assignments, and the season time remaining. You do not need to calculate an entire season to choose the next sensible activity.
The example account shows 100 of 250 progress toward its next tier. If your own current tier also shows that requirement, you would need another 150 Stars; three available 50-Star assignments would cover that gap. Recalculate from the numbers shown at each new tier as you advance.
| Session situation | Sensible priority | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| You are already questing on the required island | Continue compatible combat tasks | Avoid an unnecessary travel detour |
| You own the exact chest named by a task | Open it while the task is active | Combine its contents with assignment progress |
| You only have a short session | Choose a nearby, achievable objective | Finish something claimable |
| A Weekly task overlaps today's route | Track both counters | Let one activity serve compatible goals |
| The season is nearly over | Target rewards within realistic reach | Avoid buying around an unreachable final prize |
Keep task completion and reward claiming as separate steps. First complete the action, then collect assignment rewards when available, then inspect the season track for newly claimable tiles. That avoids finishing several tasks and logging off without collecting the progress or rewards the interface still expects you to claim.
A straightforward routine is:
- Read the current Daily and Weekly objectives.
- Pick the activity that overlaps your character's next useful goal.
- Check the task counters after a short run.
- Claim completed assignments.
- Return to the season track and collect eligible tier rewards.
- Reassess the next target without automatically buying skips.
The Clover Legends battle pass should support your progression rather than pull it in five directions. A combat task can develop the current book, a chest task can supply materials, and a currency reward can support a planned upgrade. Those are useful combinations even if you never purchase the Crown track.
Keep a realistic stopping point. Finishing the next reachable tier is a concrete goal; chasing every visible tile regardless of time can turn a rewarding side system into an obligation. Choose the rewards that matter to your account and let the rest of your session remain focused on the game activities you enjoy.
Clover Legends Battle Pass FAQ
Do normal kills directly award battle pass Stars?
The recorded interface says Stars come from Assignments. Kills can advance an assignment that asks for enemy defeats, but character XP and seasonal Stars are different counters. Complete and claim the relevant task rather than assuming every enemy automatically gives the same seasonal reward.
Is Blood Magic Aura on the free track?
Yes, the Season I footage shows Blood Magic Aura at Tier 50 on the Free Pass row. Wizard King Aura appears on the Crown row at the same tier. Check the active season's reward track if your menu no longer matches Season I.
Do I need the Crown Pass to earn rewards?
No. The menu has a separate Free Pass row with Yul, Gems, and the shown final aura among its rewards. Crown Pass is a separate offer. Evaluate its current price and rewards only after deciding what your remaining playtime can realistically unlock.
Can I buy skips all the way to Tier 50?
The Season I menu states that skips stop at Tier 40. Do not budget for a direct purchase to the final tier based on the presence of a skip button. For Clover Legends battle pass progress beyond the displayed skip limit, plan around the assignment system and the current rules shown in your game.
